LEGO® Serious Play Facilitator

A LEGO® Serious Play facilitator is a certified professional that has completed a comprehensive training programme, delivered by the Association of Master Trainers, on the LEGO® Serious Play method.

The programme teaches the core process, the application techniques, supporting theories, along with designing customised workshop using the method. Upon completion of this program, the facilitator can design and facilitate workshops with the LEGO® Serious Play method.

Facilitator training in the LEGO® Serious Play method is hands-on and minds-on and is delivered in a fun and intense “leaning-in” atmosphere. The training approach is for the participants to experience first, and then reflect on that experience.
